Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 refines the old standby

It’s tough finding a dependable cooler for a processor that’s better than the boxed cooler manufacturers toss in and aren’t all that expensive either. The Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 continues the company’s quiet cooling line with some significant changes. This new model sports four heatpipes compared to the older model’s 3 pipe designs and the old open cage fan is replaced with a custom design that should improve cooling performance. It won’t come close to high end solutions in the temperature department but it also runs a good $30-$40 cheaper than them and still provides great performance.
