ASUS Crosshair IV Formula pushes performance boundaries

Some companies just manage to coax more performance out of chips than their competition which bodes well for the overclocking crowd. The ASUS Crosshair IV Formula relies on more than just tweaking by offering up four physical PCIe x16 slots for some interesting multi-GPU possibilities as well as SATA 6G and USB 3.0 support. Who are we kidding though? You’re in it for the overclocking as well. Since it sports AMD’s 890FX chipset you can expect extensive core and voltage tweaks in its BIOS as well as software support for fine grade tuning while running your operating system. A dream board to be sure.
