ATI Works on AA Tweaks

Hexus.net had a nifty tweak/piece of software delivered to them by ATI which, apparently, improves performance when anti aliasing is enabled. The tweak appears to work in OpenGL titles, most notably Doom3, and should be included in their next batch of drivers.
