It would appear that some Comcast users are spewing out tons of spam from their unprotected PCs and instead of waiting for users to fix their trojan riddled PCs Comcast is (finally?) taking the initiative and blocking users that exhibit odd bulk mailing patterns. CNET News has the scoop.
