Does XP SP2 Affect Performance?

Short-Media went about testing the now widely released Service Pack 2 for Microsoft’s Windows XP operating system to see if it slows down PC speed. The early results point to yes but with the number of fixes the Service Pack introduced it’s still worth the install.
