Fathoming Spyware

Reuters has the story of a U.S. Senate subcommittee that is sponsoring a bill that would outlaw nefarious spyware, the only problem is that they can’t figure out how to outline what spyware is. It’s good to see someone in high places has it out for spyware which is a bigger problem for security and privacy than any other internet malady.
