Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 950 Reviewed

HardOCP has a look at the Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 950 USB HDTV tuner. The tuner can access analog cable channels and digital over the air TV stations (although why it can’t handle unencrypted digital cable channels is an odd choice). It looks like a solid tuner but their software may need a little work.
