Bjorn3D has a review of the Lite-On SOHW-1633S dual-layer capable DVD burner. The drive features a peppy 16X DVD-R burning speed and support for +- formats all at a very reasonable price. Given such rock-bottom prices for DVD burners currently it gets down to brand loyalty.
