AnandTech put the Apple Mac mini to work as a video media centric PC. They cover the pros and cons of the computer in such tasks as DVD playback and DVR roles and encounter mixed results. Future revisions of the mini could make it a great HTPC but too many shortcomings and not enough storage space keeps it from shining in that role.
