Microsoft Nixes Xbox Sports Titles

CNET News has word that Microsoft has closed up its Xbox sports title studio and is focusing on their more popular franchises. The move means less competition for other sports game developers such as EA and Sega and more resources thrown at titles such as the Halo series.
