MSI 890FXA-GD70 Motherboard plays friendly with AMD CPUs

Intel has taken a good chunk of the CPU market for itself with its extremely powerful processor lineup but AMD’s focus on the whole computer, including the chipsets and graphics cards that make them tear through games ever so quickly, leads to some interesting performance and tweaking capabilities.

The MSI 890FXA-GD70 Motherboard works its magic by using AMD’s 890FX chipset which, among other things, is well supported by AMD’s very own OverDrive utility that allows for some fine tuning overclocks and super secret timings all from your desktop instead of fiddling around in the BIOS for hours on end. Oh and it performs pretty quickly without all of that fancy tweaking as well.
