MSI N460GTX Hawk Edition makes valiant cooling attempts

There’s no denying that NVIDIA’s current generation of graphics chips run a little warm which has lead to manufacturers pumping out newer card designs with upgraded cooling potential. Case in point is the MSI N460GTX Hawk Edition which sports a beefier dual fan heatsink and a much improved power regulation system and some voltage fine tuning options. When compared to the reference design GeForce GTX 460 it would appear that this card can more than hold its own with some extremely impressive overclocking capability, especially when pumping some more voltage to the various components on the card, and vastly improved cooling performance under stressful conditions.
