MSI X-Slim X370 Notebook is impressively awkward

AMD’s early Fusion chips are creating a bit of a problem for portable manufacturers since it offers great graphics performance but middle of the road CPU performance so you’ll be seeing them pop up into souped up netbooks or somewhat watered down notebooks.

The MSI X-Slim X370 Notebook fills an interesting void with its 13.4″ display that doesn’t exactly classify it into either camp but it makes up for the confusion with a very generous 8-cell battery which should give it a lengthy running time on a full charge. If you’re doubting its ultraportable capabilities you’ll be interested in the fact that it weighs a meager 3.11lbs so it’s not as if you’re going to notice that you’re lugging it around wherever you go.
