Noctua NH-C14 turns things on its side

CPU heatsinks have an easy formula to follow when it comes to cooling off a chip; namely the more heatpipes and fins you throw at the problem the better. The problem starts when that mound of metal and fans covers up some important areas that need airflow around your processor. The Noctua NH-C14 solves some cooling problems by aligning the heatpipes to be parallel with your motherboard so that the fans can pump air down onto those precious mosfets and northbridge heatsinks. All of the high-end components make the cut as well such as a massive number of fins and two 140mm fans, in a push and pull configuration, that should keep things from getting toasty.
