S3 Planning DX10 Chip

Xbit labs has details on S3’s move to create a DirectX 10 class graphics core. S3 has had a very low profile since being purchased by VIA but it has kept itself busy creating decent low-cost graphics options and integrated graphics cores for VIA’s chipset offerings.
