Samsung Creates Massive OLED Display

CNET News has the details on Samsung’s large 40″ prototype OLED display. So far OLEDs have been limited in size so this is big (pun) news and since it doesn’t require a backlight the displays can remain very thin. A big step but no mention of screen life spans which have been notoriously short.
