SanDisk has its own piece on its very own 32GB 1.8″ solid state drive. They hope the device will replace ye olde spindle and platter designs of the past with this much quieter solution. An impressive device but you’d need a few of them in a mobile device to match larger mobile drives and their write speeds aren’t the greatest so far.
