Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 3TB will take an eternity to fill

I’m all for cramming as much storage as possible into your PC but a large segment of the population can’t be bothered to pop open their desktops and it’s not like you can fit a 3.5″ hard drive into a notebook anyway so the external storage drive fits the bill quite nicely. The Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 3TB obviously offers a massive amount of space for your data although you should be warned against taking up the USB 2.0 based model as it will take an extremely long time to read and write data fromt/to the drive. Interestingly enough the company uses different docks to enable different connectors on the drive which might just be to your benefit should you want to a faster connection in the future.
