Speed Up Interconnects

EEDesign covers some crazy ideas being bandied about by the fine people at SiliconPipe. They’re proposing connecting chips to each other directly from the chip’s core instead of the usual “through the printed circuit board” method. Interesting idea being proposed but sure to be a nightmare to enthusiast PC builders if they have to connect a bunch of thin wires to a pair of chips.
