Spyware Bill Movin' on Through

Yahoo! News has word of a U.S. Congressional subcommitte’s approval of a bill that would force U.S. based software makers to inform people if spyware is being installed onto their system. The bill has a ways to go before it’s law and it is a good first step but odds are most of these outfits will find some sort of loophole.
