Xtreme Resources has a look at two versions of Thermalright’s XP-90 heatsink. The original version had a copper CPU block with a few heatpipes connected to aluminum fins while the newer 90c is an all copper design. A pair of great heatsinks which are a perfect match for slower spinning fans.
