Verizon Rolling Out Fiber

ExtremeTech has some details on work Verizon is doing in a few areas across the U.S. which could see homes wired up with fiber optic cable for all sorts of high speed data services. It will be impressive if they get their roll-out moving along and people living in those areas will certainly be the envy of internet-jockeys everywhere.
