The Tech Report has a review of the Western Digital SE16 250GB hard drive. The drive is an all black deal sporting 16MB of cache and SerialATA 300 and is set to take on its competitors with those two features in tow, unfortunately it doesn’t look like they add much of a benefit performance wise.
