HardOCP has a look at the latest RTS game, World in Conflict, running under DirectX 9 and 10. The game uses a hefty amount of graphics power to render its scenes giving even the latest graphics cards a fit once those nukes start to drop. As with most early DX10 titles it looks slightly better under the new API but it also runs much slower.
