Modders-INC has a look at the Xigmatek HDT-S1283 heatsink and fan combo. The cooler would appear to be your run-of-the-mill tower unit with the appropriate heatpipes but the company decided to have the heatpipes come in direct contact with your CPU which makes for some interesting results.
