Hi-Techreviews has a look at the Zalman Reserator 2 water cooling unit. The radiator/reservoir/pump is contained a mass of aluminum with enough surface area to make it a viable cooling solution. It’s not for the performance minded but it should be able to keep most setups cool and silent.
