Zalman ZM-NC2500 Plus keeps things from burning your lap

Notebook computers, and sometimes even netbooks, tend to run hot all by themselves especially when you go for those high-powered models that pump out more heat than you could possibly imagine. Things get even toastier when you’re resting that mobile workhorse on your, fashionable, denim pants leg or resting it on a table where clearance is minimal making airflow through its piddly fans all but impossible.

The Zalman ZM-NC2500 Plus is a cooler designed to push fresh air to your notebook via two 50MM fans. Its angled design will no-doubt make transporting such a thing a royal pain in the you know what, compared to other flat designs, but the upshot is that its large vented platform and decent amount of airflow is capable of bringing down temperatures. Its even got a built-in SATA drive bay to expand on its useful features list but that just makes it even more of a stationary cooler. Consider it more of a cooler docking station for your laptop.
